OUR SERVICES
A top-to-bottom cleaning of your furnace, its main supply & return duct lines with all of its connected vents.
We employ our Hypervac vacuum and Scorpion Whip cleaning system to thoroughly clean your HVAC system.
When cleaning the furnace, we will remove the fan, clean and inspect it, oil the bearings and check the belt (if applicable).
Afterwards, we clean the furnace cabinet, plenum, heat exchanger, heating coil, reusable filter and AC evaporator coil if accessible.
Extra costs will be incurred for the following:
- Extra vents: The regular priced service includes 10 vents at no charge
- Extra furnaces
- Extra ductwork
- If your furnace requires special access such as in a crawl space or accessed by a floor hatch
A thorough cleaning of the main supply and return duct lines for a single furnace and all it's connected vents, using our Hypervac unit and the Scorpion whip agitation system.
The regular priced service includes 10 vents.
The service includes the removal and cleaning of the furnace fan.
We also thoroughly clean and inspect the cabinet, plenum, heat exchanger, reusable filter, and A/C evaporator coil if accessible.
If applicable, the fan's bearing will be oiled and a belt inspection done.
Dirty or plugged up dryer vents can be a serious fire hazard.
We can clean a readily accessible metal dryer vent using our reverse air tool from outside.
A thorough cleaning of the HRV/ air exchanger box including the filters, air diverter filter, blower, the associated connecting ductwork and vents.
A thorough cleaning of the HRV/ Air exchanger box, filters, air diverter box filter and blower.
A thorough cleaning of the central vacuum unit and it's filter.
If needed, we will blow out the lines and attempt to dislodge any items that may be plugging up the system (if accessible).
Our anti-microbial sanitization kills over 99.99% of bacteria in 30 seconds.
A lightly scented sanitizer with a pleasant aroma-therapeutic scent is used. No synthetic fragrances, dyes or bleach.
Offered as an add-on service with a duct cleaning.
