OUR SERVICES
A top-to-bottom cleaning of your furnace and its main supply and return duct lines.
We employ our Hypervac and Scorpion Whip cleaning system to thoroughly clean your ductwork and furnace.
We clean the furnace cabinet, plenum, heat exchanger, heating coil, reusable filter and AC evaporator coil if accessible.
We then remove, inspect and clean the furnace fan, grease the fan bearings and inspect the belt, if applicable.A
Extra costs will be incurred for the following:
- Extra vents - The service includes 10 vents at no charge
- Extra furnaces
- Extra ductwork
- If your furnace requires special access such as in a crawl space or accessed by a floor hatch
We inspect and clean out the Cabinet, plenum, heat exchanger, heating coil, reusable filter (If applicable), and AC evaporator coil if accessible.
Also includes removing, cleaning and greasing the bearings of your furnace fan.
A belt inspection is also done if applicable.

We can clean a readily accessible metal dryer vent using our reverse air tool from outside.
A thorough cleaning of the HRV/ air exchanger box including the filters, air diverter filter, blower, the associated connecting ductwork and vents.
A thorough cleaning of the HRV/ air exchanger box, filters, air diverter box filter and blower.
A thorough cleaning of the central vacuum unit and it's filter.
If needed, we will blow out the lines and attempt to dislodge any items that may be plugging up the system.
Our anti-microbial sanitization kills over 99.99% of bacteria in 30 seconds.
A light lemon scented sanitizer with a pleasant aroma-therapeutic scent is used. No synthetic fragrances, dyes or bleach.
Only offered as an add-on service with a duct cleaning.
