A top-to-bottom cleaning of your furnace, its main supply & return duct lines with all of its connected vents.  We remove each vent cover and employ our Hypervac vacuum, Scorpion Whip system and other tools to thoroughly clean inside the vent and connected ducting.

For the furnace, we remove the fan for cleaning, inspection, and lubrication. We also clean and inspect the cabinet, plenum, heat exchanger(s), heating coil, reusable filter, and AC evaporator coil if accessible, as well as inspecting the fan belt if applicable.

We will take before and after photos throughout the service for you to view anytime, anywhere.
